How do you like to begin your day? I love starting my day with a strong cup of coffee and a few minutes of quiet to set the tone. I usually take a moment to reflect, sometimes a short walk for clarity, and then ease into my schedule. Starting slow and intentional really shapes the rest of the day for me.
What’s the most exciting hobby or interest you’ve pursued recently, and how did you get into it? I’ve been into hiking for a while now. It actually started nearly 10 years ago when I first moved to LA and was exploring the Malibu trails. Since then, it’s become one of my favorite ways to recharge, connect with nature, and clear my mind.
If you could spend a day doing anything you wanted, what would your ideal day look like? My perfect day would be spontaneous-waking up somewhere scenic, exploring new places, catching a sunset, and ending the evening with great food and better company. I love days that aren’t overly planned but full of experiences.
What’s a project or goal you’re currently working on that you’re really excited about? Right now, I’m really excited about the podcast I co-host, Coffee and Cleavage. It’s become a space for open, unfiltered conversations. We’ve been growing it organically and every episode feels like a new opportunity to connect.

What’s the most memorable date you’ve ever been on, and what made it stand out? One of the most memorable dates I’ve been on was a beach walk at sunset followed by dinner. It was simple but meaningful-great conversation, beautiful scenery, and just the right kind of energy. It
reminded me that connection is what truly matters.
Are there any qualities or traits you find particularly attractive in a partner? What do you value the most? Confidence (not cockiness), a sense of humor, and emotional intelligence are key. I value kindness and someone who truly listens. A partner who’s supportive and secure in themselves is incredibly attractive.
Who has been your biggest inspiration or role model in your personal or professional life? I’ve collectively been influenced by strong, independent women with passion and drive-women who go after what they want and make things happen on their own terms. Their energy has always been a source of inspiration for me. But honestly, my biggest motivation has come from within. I’ve always compared myself to earlier versions of me and used that as fuel to keep growing, evolving, and pushing forward.
What do you enjoy most about your hobbies or interests outside of work? They give me balance. I try to go for a walk every day for mental clarity, and I lift weights a few times a week. Whether I’m outdoors or cooking something new, those moments help me reset and stay present.

How do you find a balance between your personal life and your career? It’s all about boundaries and being present. I schedule my time intentionally, making space for work and for the things that ground me. When I’m off, I prioritize mental clarity and creative reset so I can show up fully when it’s time to work.
How do you stay motivated and overcome challenges in your work?
A: I stay focused on why I started. I’ve worked hard to get where I am, and I remind myself of that on the tough days. Positive self-talk and the support of people around me help me push through challenges.
