Tell us a bit about your FHM shoot, Heather.
This shoot was all about celebrating natural beauty with a confident edge. We kept it light and spontaneous — minimal styling, golden light and letting my body language do the talking. It was less about perfection, more about real energy and attitude.

When do you feel sexy?
When I’m laughing. Or wearing something that shows just enough. Confidence and ease are the ultimate turn ons.

What is your best asset?
Physically, people notice my curves — I carry them with pride. But my real asset is my vibe. I’m warm, cheeky and totally myself.

Give us a little more background about yourself.
I’m a creative soul from Brisbane who has turned life into a blend of business, expression and confidence. I run a swimwear brand, model and chase freedom in all forms — whether that’s in fashion, travel or energy.

What would people be most surprised to know about you?
I’m actually really grounded. People assume I’m always out and about, but I love quiet moments, deep chats and low-key nights.

How long have you been modelling and what would you do if you weren’t modelling?
On and off for a few years — whenever it feels authentic. If not modelling, I’d be designing full-time, styling shoots or maybe even hosting a cheeky late-night radio show.

What have you learned about men over the years?
That the best ones don’t need to shout to be noticed. Presence, not ego, is everything.

What’s one thing men should always know about women?
That we’re always observing. What you do when no-one’s watching says more than any compliment ever could.

What do you look for in a man?
Intelligence, emotional awareness, humour that makes my stomach hurt and a bit of edge. If he respects women and owns who he is — I’m listening.

Describe your ideal date.
Not a fan of clichés. Give me something real — good food, unexpected conversation and the kind of connection where time disappears.

What can we get you at the bar?
Spicy margarita with salt or a lychee martini if I’m feeling flirty.

Got a hangover cure?
Ice-cold Coke, greasy food and sunglasses big enough to block out regret.

What’s your best hidden talent?
I can read a room instantly. Energy doesn’t lie — and I trust my gut every time.

Do you have any phobias?
Heights. Love the view, hate the climb.

Who is your girl crush?
Zendaya for her elegance and control, Rihanna for her wild heart and Pamela Anderson for her raw honesty and glam.

What’s the weirdest thing someone has sent you via social media?
A video proposal complete with music, candles and a cat wearing a bow tie. It was intense.

What is your motto in life?
“Take up space.” Physically, emotionally, creatively — you’re allowed to.

What’s next for you?
Expanding my swimwear label, planning a bold new shoot series and working on a few creative collabs that will let me show a totally different side. Big energy loading.

Finally, where would you like to be in five years?
Owning my time, my brand and my power — with a passport full of stamps and a life that feels as good as it looks.
