From psychology degrees and military counselling to the luxury shores of Fiji, meet the resilient, relentless, and undeniably stunning force who is redefining what it means to be unforgettable.
Welcome to FHM! Tell us a bit about your shoot – where, when, the idea behind it, etc…
My shoot took place on the beautiful island of Fiji, and it was honestly an unforgettable experience. It was a five-night, six-day stay in a private luxury villa during the month of March, alongside three other incredible models. What made it so special is that it wasn’t just a photoshoot—it was a fully curated, high-level experience. Each day included professional photoshoots and video productions, along with behind-the-scenes content that really captured the energy of the trip. We had a private chef, daily activities, and fun experiences designed not only for content, but for connection as a group. Being surrounded by other driven, like-minded creators elevated everything. On top of that, having the opportunity to be featured in FHM Australia and FHM New Zealand made it all feel even more surreal.
Are there any other funny anecdotes you can share about this shoot?
I genuinely have funny moments from this trip that could last a lifetime. One that stands out is sitting around the table with all the girls, laughing so hard that my cheeks were sore and my stomach hurt. I remember saying to myself, “wow… laughter really is the best medicine.” It was one of those rare moments where you’re fully present and just soaking in the joy.

We came away from that trip with so many inside jokes that I know I’ll carry with me forever.
But I think everyone’s all-time favourite story has to be our very unprepared jungle adventure. We were told to bring water, shoes and hiking boots… and let’s just say most of us completely ignored that memo. Instead, we showed up in designer flats and small heels, fully ready to trek through the jungle and into a cave.
The highlight, though, was our sweet Lauren—she showed up in an all-white suede vest and short set, styled with a head scarf and a tiny designer bag. And somehow, through bamboo, mosquitoes, spiders, and even knee-high water inside the cave, she kept that outfit perfectly clean. Not a single mark.
That little purse made it through the entire hike with us and was officially renamed the “hiking bag.” And in true Lauren fashion, she just looked at us at the end of the journey and said, “SLAYYYY.”
When do you feel sexy and why?
I feel the most sexy when I’m surrounded by other confident, beautiful women in this industry. There’s something incredibly powerful about that kind of energy—whether we’re laughing together around a dinner table, sharing stories by the pool, or exchanging smiles during a shoot.
It’s not just about how you look, it’s about how you feel in that environment. Being dressed up, fully in my element, and surrounded by like-minded women who uplift and support each other brings out a different level of confidence in me.
Trips like this are the perfect example of that. When you’re around women who believe in themselves and genuinely see the beauty in others, it creates this contagious energy—and that, to me, is what feeling truly sexy is all about.

What is your best asset? Physically and otherwise.
I would say my greatest asset is my mind—not just in terms of intelligence, but in mind-set. I credit most of my success to the growth mind-set I’ve intentionally developed over the years. My perspective, my work ethic, and my constant pursuit of knowledge and self-improvement have shaped everything in my life.
That mind-set influences so much of who I am—my sense of humour, my drive, and the way I connect with and genuinely care about other people.
Physically, I would say my smile. But to me, it’s more than just a feature—it’s a reflection of what’s inside. Growing up, I was actually very self-conscious about my teeth. I remember being told once, “You would be perfect if it weren’t for your teeth.” At the time, I was in foster care and didn’t have access to dental work—but I kept smiling anyway.
Eventually, I was able to get Invisalign and transform my smile physically, but what never changed was the joy behind it.
So I think that’s why I consider it my best physical asset—it represents resilience, positivity, and choosing to show up with light, regardless of the circumstances.

Give us a little more background about yourself and your life story so far.
I was born in Arizona, raised in California, and eventually made my way back to Arizona for college, where I attended a university and earned my undergraduate degree in psychology. I initially pursued a master’s in clinical mental health counselling, but my path evolved when I discovered a passion for fitness and transitioned into my masters in exercise physiology while becoming a certified personal trainer through NASM.
During college, I worked as a junior admissions counselor with the goal of continuing on with the university—and after graduating, I stepped into a role within the military division as a military admissions counselor. I worked closely with veterans and active-duty service members across California, which was incredibly meaningful and purpose-driven work.
At the same time, I began my own fitness journey, working with a coach, stepping into bodybuilding, and building an online presence through personal training. That experience opened my eyes to the power of social media and personal branding.
Although I had done small modeling jobs growing up, it wasn’t something I had ever pursued seriously—until I realized the opportunity to merge fitness, modeling, and content creation into something much bigger. That’s when everything shifted.
I recently made the decision to step away from my career and pursue modeling and content creation full-time. I’m still very new to the industry—approaching my one-year mark in July 2026—but it’s already been an incredible journey, and I truly feel like this is just the beginning.

What would people be most surprised to know about you?
I think what surprises people most about me is my background. I lost my parents and was adopted by my grandparents when I was in high school, which shaped a lot of who I am today. They were missionaries in Japan for over 30 years, planting churches across the country, so I was raised in a deeply faith-centred environment.
Because of the industry I’m in now, people can sometimes make quick assumptions—but my foundation is rooted in faith, resilience, and family.
If anything, my journey has just added more depth to who I am, and I’m incredibly proud of where I come from.
How would you describe yourself in five words?
Loving
Driven
Optimistic
Intuitive
Relentless
How long have you been modelling and what would do if you weren’t modelling?
I’ve been modelling for just under a year—it’ll officially be one year in July 2026, which still feels surreal.
Honestly, if I wasn’t modeling, I’d probably be trying to figure out how to get into modelling anyway! LOL! It’s something that feels very aligned with who I am now.
But based on my background, I likely would have continued my path in exercise physiology, finished my master’s, and built my own practice while coaching lifestyle and fitness clients. Health, performance, and helping people feel their best has always been a huge part of who I am—it just happens to look a little different now.

What have you learned about men over the years?
I think one of the biggest things I’ve learned about men over the years is how much they respond to the environment they’re in—especially in relationships.
Men often rise to the level they’re seen, respected, and believed in. When a man feels trusted, supported, and challenged in the right way, you see a completely different side of him come out—more driven, more grounded, more aligned with his potential.
That being said, I don’t think a woman creates that in a man—but she can absolutely influence what version of him shows up. The dynamic matters.
Something I’ve always believed is that the way you see your partner has power. If you look at someone through a lens of doubt or criticism, that energy builds over time. But if you see them with belief—like they’re capable, strong, and meant for more—they tend to step into that.
So I’ve always tried to be the kind of woman who calls someone higher, not by pressure, but by belief. And in my experience, the right man will meet you there.
What’s one thing men should always know about women?
One thing that men should always know about women, is that feeling loved is everything.
One of my favorite books is Love & Respect by Emerson Eggerichs, and it talks about this idea of love.
Not just “feeling loved” in a general sense, but in a way that feels intentional, consistent, and present. For women, love is deeply tied to emotional safety—how you speak to her, how you show up for her, and whether she feels chosen and valued over time.
When a woman feels genuinely loved, she becomes more supportive, more open, and more connected. But when she feels unseen or disconnected, that’s when things start to shift.
At the core, it’s simple—when a woman feels secure in love, everything else tends to fall into place.

What do you look for in a man?
I’m drawn to a very high level of masculinity—physically, mentally, and socially. Not in a performative way, but in a way that’s natural and undeniable.
I’m attracted to a man who carries himself with presence—someone who doesn’t have to demand respect because it’s already there. A natural leader, a sharp thinker, and someone who moves through life with clarity and direction.
I value intelligence and wit—a man with a quick mind and a strong sense of self. Someone who challenges me, keeps me engaged, and brings a level of depth to every interaction.
Ultimately, I’m drawn to a man who is already operating at a high standard—so that it calls me to a higher standard as well. Someone who knows who he is, what he wants, and leads with intense confidence.
Describe your ideal date.
I like to think of almost anything as a date. I could go to the grocery store with my partner, come home smiling, and say, “that was a fun date.” To me, it’s never really about what we’re doing—it’s about being with him and how it feels.
That being said, my ideal date would definitely have a sense of adventure. I love new experiences, a little adrenaline, and stepping into something I’ve never done before—especially if it’s planned by him. Whether it’s something outdoors, spontaneous, or slightly outside our comfort zone, I’m drawn to experiences that feel exciting and memorable.
And then the perfect way to end it? Slowing things down with an incredible meal—something intentional, maybe fine dining or a unique culinary experience—where we can actually sit, connect, and enjoy each other’s presence.
For me, the best dates are a balance of energy and intimacy—something unforgettable, followed by meaningful time together.

What can we get you at the bar?
Anything with tequila that is sweet and refreshing, tequila time is when I start kissing my girlfriends and who doesn’t want to see that! But in all seriousness, I’m also a red wine girl through and through. There’s nothing better than ending the day with a great Cabernet, especially somewhere with a good atmosphere. I’m always open to trying new wines too.
Got a hangover cure?
Hangover cure is don’t drink. LOL! Go to the gym, drink a gallon of water a day, then get 8 hours of sleep!
What’s your best hidden talent?
Name a song and I’ll sing it!
Do you have any phobias?
Fear of failure—what’s known as atychiphobia.
For me, it’s never really been about failing itself, but more about what failure could mean—falling short of my own potential or not fully stepping into what I know I’m capable of. I’ve always been very driven, so that pressure can show up in subtle ways.
But over time, I’ve learned to reframe it. I don’t see failure as something to fear anymore—it’s part of growth, part of becoming. If anything, I think the bigger risk is not trying at all.
So while that fear has been there, it’s also been one of the things that’s pushed me to evolve the most.

Who is your girl crush and why?
Aly Taylor is my girl crush hehe she was my inspiration to get into the industry, she helped me get into the industry, And she’s the hottest woman on earth so I still get butterflies every time lol. But she also inspires me beyond the major lesbian crush that I have on her. When I was just getting started in the industry, I asked her what her biggest advice to me was. She said “just work hard, be kind and put God first. Everything else truly works itself out for your good” and she was absolutely right.
What’s the weirdest thing someone has sent you via social media?
My elementary school PE teacher reached out and explained he is subscribed to my spicy page…
What is your motto in life?
My motto is simple: “1, 2, 3, go.”
It’s something my partner says to me when I’m nervous or facing a big decision—and every time, it flips a switch. It reminds me that confidence isn’t something you wait for, it’s something you step into. Sometimes all it takes is counting to three and choosing to move anyway.

What’s next for you? Any exciting projects on the horizon you can share with us?
I plan to be on as many FHM trips as possible and continue collaborating with incredible creators in this space. I’m really focused on expanding my reach, building connections, and creating content that stands out.
At the same time, I’m committed to working hard, evolving creatively, and pushing myself into new opportunities as they come.
I’m here to enjoy the process, but I’m also here to make an impact—and ultimately, to become someone unforgettable.
Finally, where would you like to be in five years?
In five years, I want to be a name that everyone recognizes—but more importantly, a presence they remember.
Not just for what I do, but for how I’ve built it—through consistency, growth, and staying true to who I am. I want to have expanded my brand, created opportunities beyond just modelling, and built something that has real influence.
Ultimately, it’s not just about being known—it’s about being unforgettable.
