Hey, Noni, welcome to FHM. Tell us a bit about your shoot.
Thank you for having me! The shoot was down at one of my favourite spots in Miami Beach on the Gold Coast. I love the rock formations between sand and sea there, so I thought the shoot would give off “siren energy”, which was sort of the look we were going for.

When do you feel sexy?
I feel the sexiest after I’ve pushed myself to do something new and out of my comfort zone, especially when it comes to modelling. Every time I push myself to be that little bit extra confident or bold I feel like I’ve levelled up a little and I’m starting to realise how limitless I really am.
What is your best asset?
Physically, I’m pretty genetically blessed with good bone structure, so I’d say my cheekbones are my best asset. I’m also blessed with fast metabolism, so I don’t have to put too much effort into maintaining my figure. My true best asset though is my loving and resilient heart. I have been tried and tested in many ways in my lifetime, but I’m proud to still have a pure heart that is open and loving to both me and everyone I encounter.

Give us a little more background about yourself.
I was born and raised in country England, an atypical “horse girl” if you will. I spent my time running around hay bales on picturesque farms, mucking out stables or hiking the beautiful hill range of the Malvern Hills that I grew up on. When I was 12 my parents migrated to the Gold Coast where I had the culture shock of a lifetime. It’s a pretty awkward age to move to the other side of the world and start fresh in a new school and culture, but I soon went from being the quaint little English rose to a sun-kissed GC beach bum.

An adopted Aussie, if you will?
Nowadays I like to think of myself as a perfect hybrid of the two. I’m grateful to still be a GC girl to this day and be able to live such a beautiful lifestyle here, but I’ll never forget my country roots.
What would people be most surprised to know about you?
When I was 22, I had a car accident where I broke my back. The doctors told me in the hospital that I’d never walk again, but I was incredibly stubborn at that age. Once the amazing surgeons finally agreed to operate on my spine to see if anything could be salvaged, I managed to prove them all wrong and learned to walk again. Now I leap, jump, swim and dance with gratitude for my defiant younger self for never giving up.

Wow. So, how would you describe yourself in five words?
Fun, intelligent, determined, goofy and adventurous.
How long have you been modelling?
I’ve been modelling on and off since I was 16 and only recently picked it back up. To my surprise, my photo shoots look better now than ever. I love modelling so much more now – being a little bit older, wiser and experienced has brought me so much more confidence and I feel sexier than ever.

When you’re not modelling, what could we find you doing?
I’m currently working on developing a business in the self-care and wellness industry as I’ve always been an entrepreneurial and creative soul. So, I decided to start a brand that truly channels my ethos, style and personality – watch this space… or follow my Insta.
What have you learned about men over the years?
Men get a bad rap, but men and women need each other to survive. There’s so much divide these days. I think a lot of it comes from the belief that your partner is meant to be responsible for your happiness as a person. When a man and woman both understand that they are responsible for their own mental health and happiness as individuals – but want to be together and help each other grow and thrive as a two-person team – that is where true, passionate and long-lasting love lies.

What do you look for in a man?
I want a man who has my back, believes in me and wants to see me shine. It’s so sexy when a man cheers on your accomplishments. A man who is secure enough in himself to trust and celebrate me, instead of trying to dim my shine because of their own insecurities, is HOT – no matter what they look like or how much they earn.
What’s your best hidden talent?
I have a deep love for all historical things and can pretty much fact bomb you about nearly any period or event in history. Is that a talent or am I just a nerd?

Maybe both? What is your motto in life?
Everything in life is a blessing or a lesson, and even when it is a lesson – it’s still a blessing in disguise.
Finally, where would you like to be in five years?
I’d like to be someone who has a big enough platform, influence and financial abundance to be a true philanthropist and visionary. I want to use any success I have to aid and bring attention to various humanitarian crises. Most of all I just want to look back and know I was the best, and most authentic, version of myself and be truly content with my mark on this world. ■
